When using indigo for the first time on chrome you might notice that pop ups are blocked when trying to generate a report. This can also happen on a fresh chrome installation or a new computer. When trying to generate you will get the error below. This method will fix this error permanently per computer.
To stop chrome from blocking your reports you will need to click on the pop up block logo on the top right of chrome. This will open a small window that prompts you with two selections. You will choose "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://indigo.shireburn.com" and press done. Once this is done you can try to generate the report again.
