Precisely 7 days prior to the expiry of your subscription, your Subscription Administrator will receive an email notifying him/her of the upcoming expiry.
You will not be able to process any payment at this point, but you are encouraged to check your Account Information (go to Home > Administration > Subscription > Account Information), more specifically that the email address is correct, i.e., belongs to the person who will be processing payment for your subscription.
You are also encouraged to enter your Billing Information (go to Home > Administration > Subscription > Billing IInformation), so that future payments can be processed without interruption to the service.
Upon Renewal Date
On the date of your renewal, your Subscription Administrator will receive an invoice via email, together with a link to be able to make the secure payment online or enter billing information should this not be available on the system.
These are the two emails sent.
You have a grace period of 14 days from renewal date to settle your payment online. Throughout this period, you will be prompted with reminders within the portal.
Finally, once the grace period is exceeded without payment being made, you will not be able to access Shireburn Indigo Payroll without processing payment.
Once your payment is processed you will receive a payment confirmation email.
