Hi Indigo users,

Before we hit the track for our next big lap of feature launches, we’re making a quick pit stop to fine-tune the engine! 🏎️

This update is all about small but handy tweaks, like tightening up the Who’s In report in Attendance, hammering out the kinks in a Pay Items tool, and making the ride through Position History a little less bumpy. It also includes several tune-ups to Indigo Hiring that enhance the user experience and overall efficiency of the portal.

For more on what’s happening under the hood, read below! ⬇️

Attendance Fixes and Improvements

  • We've added a new setting to the Who's In report that will give you a bird's-eye 🦅 view of who's on site—whether they're clocked-in employees, or others who access the premises without needing to clock in.

  • The 'Add Allowance' rules in Rewards now accept rates up to four decimal places.

  • Speaking of Rewards, the wording of the validation error message on the Multiplier for 'Change hourly rate' is now clearer.

  • The file menu in Target Attendance's Settings modal has stopped playing peekaboo 🫣 and is displayed permanently.

Device Manager

  • In My Users, the Additional Info section shows as expected after accessing the Delete Biometrics modal.

Hiring Enhancements

  • In Applications, we've added on to the timing options for automatic replies with 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 days. You can find these in both Job Settings > Automation Settings and Company Settings > Automation Settings.

  • Applicants can now apply for jobs directly within an embedded iFrame without having to register first, thanks to a new setting in the iFrame configuration. Simply tick the 'On-site Application Form' checkbox to enable it.

  • We've added a rich text editor to Notes so you can easily format your text to suit your needs.

  • You can now create nested Follow-up Questions when setting up screening questions.

  • We've moved the notification settings for individual jobs from Job Settings to the actual Job Post page, right below the 'Manage' button.

  • You can now set language requirements in a job as Required or Advantage.

  • Can't share remuneration specifics in a job yet? We've got you covered. Tick the new 'Hide salary details' checkbox when creating or editing a job post.

Hiring Fixes and Improvements

  • Applicants that have been viewed are being marked accordingly in the All Applications grid, as expected.

  • The loading speed in Global Analytics has been optimised, ensuring a faster loading time.

  • The Job Creation page's layout has been tidied up and organised for a better experience.

  • We've sped up how quickly message notifications are received from 15 to 5 minutes, making your messaging communication in Hiring more efficient and effective.

  • The chat function on mobile has been optimised, with the message textbox now sticking in place while scrolling on the rest of the screen.

  • When entering a date of birth, the criteria are now entered in the order of year, month and day.

  • You can now choose the day right away when entering the closing date of a Job post.

  • When typing a job description in a Job post, the text editor will now stay in place on screen when the text is very long, for your convenience.

  • The label 'Apply By' has been removed from inactive jobs, to provide better clarity in job listings.

  • After turning off auto-reply, you can now edit your auto-reply messages.

HR Fixes and Improvements

Document Manager

  • In the All Documents section, the 'Start/Stop Sharing' function is working as intended again.

Payroll & Leave Fixes and Improvements

  • Overtime entries in the Payslip now only show the date once, as expected.

  • Share options are only included in the FS7 report when they're assigned in the current payroll, guaranteeing an accurate view of employee share options in the report.

  • The 'Copy and Paste' tool in the Pay Items screen is working as expected.

  • We've stopped ✋ that pesky popup that was showing when an employee has no entry in Position History (Basic Pays).

  • You can now carry over the Net amount from an employee's previous entry in Position History (Basic Pays), by ticking the option for 'Enable Net to gross adjustment' in Payroll > Calculation Settings.
