🗄️ Sectioned Templates in Performance Management
With our latest enhancement—Sections—your template-building has just become more organised, efficient, and smarter than ever before.
Now, you can sort and structure questions into sections, keeping everything neatly categorised by topic. This means clearer templates for your reviewer colleagues and more logical, easy-to-follow reviews for your reviewees.
You'll also benefit from:
✅ Room for instructions to help keep templates intuitive and goal-oriented.
✅ Seamless navigation between sections, making it easy to move questions when needed.
✅ Drag-and-drop reordering for a logical and structured review flow.
✅ More precise analytics by keeping questions categorised by tags.
So say "Goodbye" to disorganised review questions and "Hello!" to a smarter, smoother template-building experience! 🎉
💻 Platform
For improved user 👨🏻💼 management during SSO setup, a new setting has been added to the Identity Providers screen. Administrators can use it to enable or disable the automatic linking of employees with users. The setting is enabled for all tenants by default.
🕘 Attendance
Our Target Attendance feature has gotten a power boost 💪 through an extension of the rewards application to any type of allocation. The rewards will now only affect the excess time, not the entire allocation period.
And since with great power comes great responsibility, 👴🏻 we've also enhanced the conditions combination and the timings validity scanning process to ensure the rewards are matched with the proper allocations.
🛠️ Fixes and Improvements
🛠️ Fixes and Improvements
In Presence, when grouping by device, the name of the device is displayed instead of the serial number.
Besides that, whenever ‘Devices’ is selected as your grouping choice, selecting a specific device will show the related employees along with their presence state, as expected.
The Costs Detailed report displays all relevant costs (the attendance hours match the proper cost value) accurately when Report Type is set to Actual Cost.
Over in Device Manager, when a BioPhoto is received or deleted from a device, the same action will take place in all the other compatible devices within the same work zone, as expected. Consequently, an activity will be generated in all the involved devices to record the reception or deletion accordingly.
In the Scheduler—when minimising the screen—the Clocking Data widget is fully displayed without overlapping the header text.
🤝 Hiring
In preparation for the European Accessibility Act (EAA) coming into effect in June, we've added accessibility features that you can toggle on or off as needed, via the new accessibility icon on the right of your screen.
The Accessibility Adjustments panel offers the following options:
You'll also be able to increase or decrease font size and choose whether to underline and/or highlight links or not.
We've added a new section to Hiring Preferences: Email Templates. From here, you can create or edit email templates and view any templates available in a grid.
There are five ready-made template presets available for you:

You can now remove an older CV and upload a newer one thanks to the Change CV button on the top right of the 'Resume/CV' section in an applicant's page.
Add more files to an application besides the CV and cover letter using the newly permanent Attachments tab in the Applicant page. It contains a table that displays any uploaded attachments and a handy Upload Attachment button.
