Finally, in Performance Management, say "Sliem! ๐" to Percentage Questions in the Template Builder. When stars donโt quite capture the nuance of the answers you're looking for, percentages will give you a sharper, more intuitive vibe-check.

We know gathering paperwork for all sorts of ๐ leave entries can be nothing short of a headache ๐คฏ for administrators, managers and employees alike. In the interest of simplifying this (and reducing everyone's painkiller budget ๐), you can now request and upload files to vacation and sick leave requests!

Target Attendance just levelled up. You can now set attendance targets all the way up to 2,080 (goodbye, ๐ old 3-digit limit). HR admins get more flexibility for longer timeframes, while input validation keeps things tidy by only allowing values between 1 and 2,080.
You can now choose to show the totals for each group level when generating the Allocations report in Excel.

In the Cost Capping function, Leave Hours are now included when calculating the basic hours of the week. On top of that, Adjustments, Bonuses, Leave, Social Security Contributions, and Maternity Leave Fund costs are also being capped, making your total costs more accurate to help you budget better.
The Breaks report is now available for all Attendance users that have the BreaksReport permission activated.

Weโve added percentage-type questions to the template builder, giving you more flexibility in designing templates. These questions are answered with either a slider or a number field; whichever feels right for you.

Templates are saving as expected when questions with comments enabled are edited.
Indigo now properly displays only the validation message and prevents publication when publishing a review with a short answer exceeding 250 characters.
We've freshened UI/UX across the module, such as:
Reviews
Improved the experience on the review input screen (for both employees and managers entering evaluations) and on the appraisal screen (when comparing answers).
Enhanced the appraisal stage with cleaner evaluation cards, sharper score displays, and more consistent, user-friendly question cards.
Replaced the old user card with our standard component, bringing the review experience in line with the rest of the product.
Other improvements
Refined buttons when creating or editing sections in the template builder.
Reordered tabs in feedback-related widgets to better reflect the review process.
