Here's the rundown of this update's top changes sure to scratch your itch for efficiency and customisation. 😉
In Payroll & Leave, Payslip customisation is more flexible, since you can now designate your own labels for different Pay Items. Over in HR, every feature with a My Team screen will show employees who directly report to you at the touch of a button, literally, thanks to a new toggle. Meanwhile in Performance Management, review-publishing can now be scheduled... which means you decide when employees see your evaluation, giving you time for a face-to-face conversation first.
And of course, we've got several other improvements and fixes throughout Indigo. 😁

We've improved the Get Scheduled Shifts API so that data is retrieved much faster.
Clockings processed by Device Manager will now be converted from the Time Zone set on the Device to that set in the Company Settings.
Clockings carried out using Indigo Mobile are now being translated into the Time Zone saved in the General Settings.

When you send an applicant from Indigo Hiring to Indigo Payroll, the Applicants grid loads quickly and shows the applicant in the list.
In the applicant portal, attachments are downloading properly as '.pdf', so single attachments and ZIP export attachments are now saving and opening correctly again.
👨🏻💼 HR
Quickly switch between viewing your full team to just your direct reports in all the My Team grids across HR! Click the new 'Direct reports only' toggle in the top right of the screen as needed.

We've added descriptive labels to the different mobile number fields in the Employee screen, so you can find the number you need right away. So you'll see whether it's the employee's personal or work number, or their primary or secondary emergency contact's, without having to guess.
We've improved the validation system on capping logic in Expense Pay Items, to better safeguard you from mistakes when configuring these settings.
Reasons are showing as expected in the Expense Request form.

Thanks to a new setting in Pay Items, you can now set Indigo to show your own reference in the Payslip, giving you flexible control over the way pay items and adjustments are shown.

If you try to turn off the Payroll Group setting when an employee is assigned a payroll group, Indigo will not turn off the setting and will alert you as to which employee codes have a payroll group assigned.
Onboarding an employee is working as expected when updating the employment date for a newly created employee.
🏆 Performance Management
For a more effective performance review process, managers can now control when employees can see the manager's evaluation after publishing, giving time to speak to employees face-to-face before they read the feedback.
