Uploading your company logo or employer signature on documents
Incorporate a logo or a digital employer signature for your company's payslips, FS3s, and other documents

Indigo lets you upload your company's logo on payslips and digital employer signatures to employee documents such as FS3s, FS5s, and so on.

To upload the company logo:

  1. In the left sidebar of Indigo, click on Payroll.

  2. In the Main section, click on Settings.

  3. Click on Payroll, and then click on Payslip Settings.

  4. Click on the placeholder image to upload the file from your company.

To upload the digital employer signature:

  1. In the left sidebar of Indigo, click on Payroll.

  2. In the Main section, click on Settings.

  3. Click on Payroll, and then click on Employer Settings.

  4. Under 'Employer Signature', upload the file.

Image dimensions:

  • Payslips: the default size is 360x90.

  • Employer's signature: the default size is 320x160.

  • Maximum size for both images: 250 KB.
