The stars 🌟 of the show is JET’s new automatic snapshots, preserving every detail like treasured 🎀 ornaments, while Expense Management adds a 'Receipt Number' field to keep claims neat and duplicate-free.

This release also adds on to the sparkles with ✨ updated 2026 tax and SSC rates in Payroll & Leave, clearer visibility for overlapping leave, printable appraisals in Performance Management, and more flexible publishing when review deadlines are missed. 🌟 Feature Spotlights 🌟

📷 Automatic Criteria Snapshot in JET

Say hello to the new snapshot for the Criteria screen of the Job Evaluation Tool! This feature:

  • Automatically captures and saves a full copy of your criteria every time you save any changes.

  • Helps you completely reconstruct criteria from a snapshot as they existed at the moment of saving.

  • Generates an audit record with: Installation Code, Company Code, Snapshot ID (GUID), Created By, Created On, and Storage Link.

Important Security Elements 🔒

  • Snapshots cannot be changed, and are stored in blob storage, ensuring historical records are preserved safely.

  • Snapshot data is treated as sensitive.

  • Only authorised users can read snapshots or access storage.

🧾 Required Receipt Number in Expense Management

This update, we've added an all-new 'Receipt Number' field for Adjustment‑type pay items. This gives admins better visibility and tighter control over duplicate or incorrect claims.

And that's not all: admins can enable a new setting in Adjustment-type Pay Items: Requires Receipt Number. When switched on, this setting prevents employees from submitting claims without a receipt number.

Indigo has also started tracking all entered receipt numbers and detecting duplicate submissions for the same pay item, whether a receipt is entered twice by the same employee or by another employee.

To support these additions, all Pay Item import/export templates now include a ‘Requires Receipt Number’ column.

💻 Platform

  • Several icons and tooltips that were misbehaving across the platform have been fixed to display properly again.

  • The text in the PIN code email has been updated and no longer repeats part of the message.

🕘 Attendance

📆 Device Manager

  • A new API has been created that will gather details of each device created in Device Manager.

🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

  • In the GetScheduledShiftsByDate API, you can now choose whether to include the EmployeeCode parameter or not. If the user hitting the API has the administrator role, data for all employees will be retrieved. We've also added an optional parameter for DepartmentCode, which can be used together with the other parameters for more filtering options.

  • The Scheduled Shifts API is working as intended again.

💼 Benchmarks

  • The Salary Brackets' Info button now shows more detailed information than before, while the occupation percentile tooltip has been expanded to include more information.

  • Thanks to the above, we've removed Recurring Adjustments and Cash Fringe Benefits from the Compensation Benefits visual.

🏢 Hiring

🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

  • There are several fixes related to Multi-Factor Authorisation:

    • Logging in again using MFA after being automatically logged out is working as expected.

    • The MFA pop-up will no longer close if a user clicks outside of the box.

    • When entering the one-time code into the authentication screen, the input field for the code doesn't need to be selected by the user before typing the numbers.

  • In the Recruiter portal, the menu options have been cut back to show only the items that recruiters need to access.

  • We have improved the layout and styling in the Careers Page and Dashboard when displayed on large screens (2K+ resolution), to ensure correct scaling and better visual consistency.

  • The horizontal scroll bar in the Applications screen has been tweaked to be more user-friendly.

  • We refined the AI-generated screening questions to make them shorter, more relevant, easier to answer, and more consistent in terms of language levels.

👨🏻‍💼 HR

🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

  • We’ve improved the Basic Pay update process in Position History so that the system automatically carries forward the previous authoriser, preventing unnecessary access errors. This makes updating pay smoother and more consistent, even when authorisers belong to another company.

  • Browser tab titles in the Skills & Training module have been refined with dedicated descriptions, improving navigation clarity and accurately reflecting the page you’re working on.

  • In JET:

    • There's a new option in JET that lets you hide empty occupation categories from the list, making it easier to focus on the categories that actually contain occupations.

    • You can now filter and search through Categories and Occupation Evaluations, thanks to the newly added filter and search functions in both grids.

    • The Create Section window now opens without any details entered already, as expected.

    • Moving to the next section now takes you directly to the top of the respective section (instead of the middle), making the navigation flow smoother.

    • The Job Evaluation Tool now includes a validation to ensure that only one factor option can have a score of zero, preventing incorrect configurations. This keeps factor scoring consistent and avoids saving invalid setups.

    • The evaluation screen previously didn’t fit properly on laptop‑sized resolutions. This has been fixed so it adjusts cleanly on smaller screens, making evaluations easier to view and work through.

  • The resubmitting function is working as expected in Expense Management.

  • In Task Management:

    • When creating or editing a template, the Applicable To section is reading its stage cues properly and no longer makes an appearance before a company is selected.

    • The validation messages in Task Management templates were refined to indicate which information is missing, improving clarity during setup.

    • The dropdown in All Employees has been tidied up in time for Christmas ... no more extra empty space and no more odd blue outlines!

    • No duplicates are showing in the Unit Selection window in Task Management anymore, ensuring the list is once again accurate and free of clutter.

    • The View Selected Employee window no longer shows selectable checkboxes, making it clear that this screen is for viewing only.

    • In Templates, the Specific Employee field resets as intended when you change the Assign To criteria to another option.

💸 Payroll & Leave

  • Indigo is ready for the new year! You'll find we've updated all the tax rates affected by October's budget, along with all the social security contributions (SSC), making sure you're all set for payroll in 2026.

  • To give a clearer view of possible schedule conflicts, the Overlaps section will now include the approver's leave when the My Team filter is applied.

  • The older version of the BOV SEPA file, pain.003 format, has been
removed, leaving the pain.009 format as the sole BOV SEPA file in the list.

🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

  • The Payroll Report now correctly calculates and displays hours after profile reallocation.

  • The Out of Office widget now loads reliably, allowing employees to apply for leave, cancel requests, and view the yearly team availability heat map, helping prevent late applications and allowing timely interventions.

  • The Organisation Chart now only updates Position History when a real change is made to an employee’s reporting line. This should stop duplicate entries, keeping the Position History grid uncluttered and accurate.

🏆 Performance Management

  • Do you have upcoming audits or board-level meetings about performance management? You'll be happy to know that you can now print completed appraisals, including sections, scores, and signature fields!

  • And if you’re tired of reviews stalling at the ‘Pending Employee’ status, HR admins can now publish missed self-evaluations as blank after the deadline. This keeps appraisals moving without waiting for employee input, while notifications and audit logs maintain transparency and compliance.
