🌟 Feature Spotlight 🌟
✍️ Assign Projects to Shifts in the Scheduler 📅
Looking for a clearer way to schedule who's working on what and when? We’ve got you covered! 📚
The ability to assign projects to shifts is now available in the Scheduler, giving teams instant visibility of their focus for each shift, reducing confusion, and supporting better time management across the week. Let’s dive into what’s new.
A Project field is now available in the shift's Custom schedule values tab, with the option to update just one shift or all future ones. Enable 'Show Project' in the Scheduler View Settings to display project labels on shifts.
The new 'Use Last Project Attendance' setting allows Indigo to autofill a shift’s project based on the employee’s most recent assignment.
For accuracy, Indigo now flags attendance exceptions as 'Project Mismatch' when an employee clocks into a different project than the one assigned.
Enjoy project‑based scheduling at its smartest; trading slow, manual, administrative matchmaking for improved efficiency and clarity at a glance. 🔍

The pop-up message for reasons shown in Expense Management has been updated to reference expenses correctly, instead of overtime.
The following improvements have been made to Task Management:
The Add New button on the Task Type screen is no longer hidden by the footer and now appears clearly above it.
The cogwheel icon in all Task Management screens has been replaced with a kebab menu, and spacing between the menu and dropdown has been refined for a cleaner layout.
When you leave Task Management, you are now taken back to the HR main page rather than the Attendance one, keeping navigation aligned with the right module.
💸 Payroll & Leave
The Payroll Costs report now correctly handles employer VOPS values, so your payroll analysis reflects the right employer contributions.
Variable schedules can be challenging to manage, especially when dealing with deductions that must remain predictable, such as the automatic exclusion of break overlaps.
To support this and reduce manual adjustments, 'Break From' and 'Break To' fields have been added to the Leave Hour Schedule Details screen, giving Indigo the precise timing needed for accurate leave calculations.
When a leave request overlaps the configured break, only the matching minutes are excluded from the deduction.

Pro-rata leave calculations that include weekend public holiday have been refined so employees’ entitlement and related pay are worked out correctly.
The Payslips API has been adjusted so that date-range requests without a specific payroll parameter return the expected information instead of an empty response.
🏆 Performance Management
The template selection dropdown in Reviews has been widened, making longer template names easier to read and reducing the chance of choosing the wrong one.
The Review Overview screen now includes clearer information about the different types of Notes, so managers know exactly how each note type is used.
The Review grid now shows one single three-dot icon per entry, containing the icons for Open Review, Viewers, and Nudge. This effectively reduces clutter while keeping the same options close at hand.
Icons in the Review Template area now include helpful tooltips, so users can quickly see what each icon does before clicking.
We’ve clarified the numbers and percentages shown in each tile of the 9‑box grid, helping you understand talent distribution at a glance.
