🕘 Attendance
🛠️ Fixes and Improvements
🛠️ Fixes and Improvements
The Daily Attendance Profile has been updated so that dynamic breaks with an amount of 0 are now correctly ignored, keeping attendance records clearer.
Meanwhile, dynamic breaks have also been aligned with the attendance timeline so that break segments now appear in the correct place on the timeline view.
Over in the Scheduler:
We’ve corrected cost calculations to ensure that shift costings reflect the underlying configuration accurately.
Project‑based shifts now use the correct previous shift as a reference when adding a shift, improving consistency in shift creation.
Variable break hours that extend past midnight are now handled correctly, so overnight shifts display and calculate break time as expected.
🏢 Hiring
When creating a job, you can now add an optional checkbox for applicants to confirm their agreement to your own terms and conditions before starting their application.
Each job can now display its own logo, helping candidates clearly recognise the organisation or brand associated with the vacancy.
We’ve added the ability to generate a report on applicants’ screening question answers, giving hiring teams better insight into candidate responses.
A new permission level controls who can change default and per‑job screening questions, strengthening governance around your recruitment settings.
Applicants can now save applications as drafts and upload multiple files for attachment questions, making it easier to gather complete information before submitting.

We’ve expanded attachment handling in the application form so candidates can upload additional document types beyond CVs, such as transcripts, where required.
👨🏻💼 HR
⚖️ Job Evaluation Tool (JET)
The tool now supports variable pay input and an API for non-Indigo-Payroll users, giving HR teams more flexibility when managing complex reward structures.
A new column for Employees (Gender comparison) has been added to the selector in the Employees screen's toolbar, ready to help you compare employees by gender for a clearer analysis of pay and role distribution.

In Expense management:
The 'Send to Payroll' process now reflects posting dates correctly, ensuring expenses appear in the intended payroll posting period.
We’ve also updated contribution‑based expenses so that the Exact Amount option works more precisely for expense entries that require precise values.
In JET, the notes icon within the Employee Screen now changes colour when notes are present, making it easier to see where additional information has been recorded.
In Task Management, employee tasks created from templates now correctly show the template assignees to the employee, improving clarity on who is involved.
💸 Payroll & Leave
The payroll calculation process now includes:
A clearer warning message when an employee’s pay is already included in a payroll run, helping you avoid duplicate processing.
An optimisation to the finalisation screen, improving performance during payroll finalisation.

We’ve polished the Custom Fields user interface so that fields display more consistently and are easier to work with.
The portal leave date range now correctly reflects the full range selected by employees, resolving previous off‑by‑one‑day discrepancies.
We’ve turned off the Import Template in the Payroll Leave tab while it is being revised, helping prevent confusion from an incorrect template.
The Leave Hour Schedule Details form view is now working as expected, so you can review and edit leave hour schedules directly in the form again.
The Payroll Costs Report now more accurately displays the required values, giving finance and payroll teams more reliable cost information.
🏆 Performance Management
In Objectives, decimal values are now supported as numeric key result values, allowing you to track more precise performance targets.

We’ve introduced a caching mechanism for the Performance review form, giving users the ability to recover unsaved work if the screen was accidentally closed before saving a review.
In the Review grid:
The layout has been adjusted so that the Export button remains visible even on smaller screens.
We’ve also added extra spacing between the Resp. Status column and the three‑dot menu to improve readability and avoid accidental clicks.
