We’ve introduced a richer way to manage your relationships with recruitment agencies, including:
Tracking which recruiter first introduced an applicant
Setting contract durations, and
Defining a minimum fee per recruiter so agreements stay transparent and consistent.
Recruiter records now also support multiple contracts with clearer commercial terms, while notifications automatically chirp out when a job vacancy is shared so no opportunity is left on the perch.
Together, these enhancements give you a single, dependable view of recruiter activity and rewards, helping your hiring partnerships stay fair, efficient and ready to take flight.
📚 Bulk Actions in the Hiring Pipeline
This spotlight adds new bulk actions to the Hiring Pipeline so you can update the status of multiple applicants at once, instead of handling each one individually. It streamlines high‑volume recruitment campaigns, helping your team move candidates through the funnel as swiftly and smoothly as a well‑coordinated flock.

The cogwheel icon is back in the Projects screen, making it easier to spot the quick access to configuration options.
When an employee's Daily Attendance Profile breaks contain an entry with 0 break minutes, the Scheduler will show the actual break timings.
Attendance allocations now calculate absence correctly when using Dynamic Breaks, ensuring entitlement and recorded time stay in harmony.

The Send to Payroll flow has been polished with a clearer message when no expense requests are selected, and the button stays disabled when there’s nothing to submit, making the process more intuitive.
Custom Fields in the HR module have a new date format option, helping you store and display dates in a way that suits your organisation’s standards.
The Audit screens in the HR and Payroll & Leave modules now include a loading indicator to help you distinguish between an actual lack of data and a loading state.

There's a new 'Click here to see all your assigned tasks' link in the Task Management notification emails. It will take you straight to the relevant task list, reducing clicks and speeding up the whole process.

The Employee screen’s shortcut to the Document Manager now opens the correct area, making it easier to glide straight to employee documents.
We’ve tweaked the expense request flow in Expenses so that pay items that don't need a file upload can be submitted and resubmitted error‑free, whether a file is attached or not.
Also in Expenses, the Process Expense Approvals modal shows complete employee details even when a department hasn’t been assigned, ensuring smoother and more reliable processing of expense requests.
The Skills & Training report is back on track and runs reliably again.
In Task Management, saving new tasks works smoothly even after a validation error is triggered. Once details are corrected, the task and its attachments can be saved as expected, ensuring a reliable task‑creation experience.
💸 Payroll & Leave
The Excel export in the Pay Item Cost report now includes a new Grand Total column when grouping by Employee Code, making high‑level cost reviews faster.
We’ve strengthened and sped up the Payroll Calculation with better preliminary data gathering and caching, helping large runs complete more efficiently.
Payroll Detailed reports now automatically exclude inactive pay items, keeping your figures focused on active earnings and deductions.

We’ve introduced data validation across multiple key fields in both the Employee profile and Position History screens to reduce the chances of inconsistent records.
When changing the NACE Code under Settings > Company Details, the selected value is retained rather than reverting to the previous one.
The Out of the Office widget arrows have been realigned for a tidier look in the Employee Portal.
The Leave Entitlement Update API handles entitlement values more consistently when updating leave types, ensuring smoother and more reliable integrations with your leave processes.
The Payroll API Employees endpoint has been refined to return complete field values when the &ModifiedOn and &CompanyCode parameters are used together, supporting more accurate downstream integrations.
🏆 Performance Management
We've added an new column for 'Key result progress' to the Objectives grid. Thanks to this new column, users can view the actual progress achieved on an objective based on the average completion of all key results, regardless of their individual status.
