This release’s headline act is in Performance Management, where you can now export one or many appraisals straight to Excel, making it easier than ever to share results, analyse trends and keep tidy evidence for every review. 📈

Meanwhile in HR, the Job Evaluation Tool (JET) has gained more flexibility and clearer AI explanations. We've also strengthened Expense Management and Task Management with a series of small but meaningful refinements, so everyday tasks feel smoother while your records remain consistent and reliable. 🤝

In Payroll & Leave, optimised payslip and statutory report generation, together with more robust leave validations, keep you firmly on track when regulations and working‑time rules evolve. Attendance receives important care too, with cleaner reconciliation reports and more accurate absence calculations to back up your records.

📁 Export appraisal data to Excel from Indigo Performance

✅ 💪 HR administrators now have a secure way to export raw performance review data to Excel, including every question, answer (including free text and confidential replies), score, and key review details.

✅ 🏃 This reduces manual work and makes it much easier to run in‑depth analysis and reporting in your own tools.

✅ 🔒 Rest assured that downloaded sensitive review data remains accessible only to authorised users (HR admins) based on their role.

🕘 Attendance

🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

  • The Attendance Reconciliation report now excludes employees who have left your organisation, so your figures stay focused on your active workforce.

  • In Daily Attendance Allocation, absence is calculated as expected when leave does not cover the full shift, with or without breaks included.

👨🏻‍💼 HR

⚖️ Job Evaluation Tool

  • Greater flexibility has been introduced to JET, allowing you to customise the order of sections, factors and factor options, so you can align evaluations with your organisation’s structure and policies.

  • But that’s not all! AI rationales can also be exported from JET reports, giving you clear documentation to support decisions during audits or reviews.


🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

  • In Expense Management:

    • Selecting a location is working as expected again, so you can complete and submit expense claims without interruption.

    • The pay item selector adapts across screen sizes, making it easier to choose the correct pay item.

    • The Submit button now enables reliably when your claim is ready, so you can send requests with confidence.

    • We’ve improved the Requests screen by displaying the total number of requests, helping you track outstanding items more easily.

    • Expense request forms retain your information if you click outside the modal, saving you from re-entering details.

    • The info icon in the Expense Rules screen is easier to spot thanks to consistent colouring.

  • The option to delete all criteria in the Job Evaluation Tool has been strengthened to better support scenarios where all criteria need to be removed, making evaluation setups easier to maintain.

  • We've fixed the following in Task Management:

    • Task notes are clearly displayed when opening a task, making key details easy to spot at a glance.

    • Text in the delete confirmation pop‑up remains neatly aligned, even for longer template names, improving readability.

    • The Select Specific Employee pop‑up closes as expected after saving, keeping your workflow moving smoothly.

    • Email notifications have been included when files are added or deleted, helping your team stay informed about document updates.

    • Employee task templates show assignees more accurately, making it clearer who is responsible for each task.

💸 Payroll & Leave

  • Payslip and statutory report generation benefits from optimised payroll calculation summary tables, supporting faster and more reliable processing for large payrolls.


🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

  • The Pay Item ‘Use Reference’ setting on payslips has been refined to help you present clear and standardised descriptions across payroll documents.

  • Leave Hour Schedules have been tuned to validate hours when set as Variable Hours, supporting accurate leave calculations and helping you stay aligned with working time rules.

🏆 Performance Management

  • The Reviews grid now includes an Employee score column, making it easier for admins and managers to compare employee versus manager performance perception across teams at a glance while supporting fairer performance management practices.
