May means growth and renewal, and this release brings a mix of new capabilities and thoughtful refinements across Indigo, all designed to make everyday workflows smoother and easier to use.
The crowning blossoms 🌼 of this release are the ability to bulk assign evaluation managers in Performance Management and a more intuitive filtering experience in the Indigo Mobile app. You’ll also notice meaningful improvements across HR document handling, job evaluation precision, and attendance tracking visibility.
We’ve also beaten some dust out of the Payroll & Leave, and Indigo Mobile carpets, improving readability and leaving things a little less sneeze‑inducing overall. 👃

👥 Bulk Change Evaluation Managers in Performance Management
Setting up performance reviews is quicker and more flexible! Evaluation managers, previously referred to as Reviewers, can be set in advance for multiple employees, ensuring future reviews automatically use the intended evaluator rather than the default reporting line.
So say goodbye 👋 to manual changes to evaluation managers when you're assigning performance reviews!
📱New Filters in Indigo Mobile
Filtering in both the Android and iOS versions of our app is now more intuitive, consistent, and easier to use.
We have replaced vague wording such as Default Selection with clearer actions like Select all and Clear all, improved checkbox behaviour so selections are easier to understand at a glance, and streamlined the History experience by removing unnecessary tabs.
The result is a cleaner and more predictable filtering experience across Leave and History screens, helping people find the right information faster and with less effort.

We’ve improved the Data Anonymisation scheduled command to support more reliable background processing.
Reporting notifications in Indigo are now showing the selected company's name, as intended.
In SSO:
If a user in the Active Directory does not have an email address assigned, and Indigo is set to use the email address as the username, the resulting error message is now more user-friendly.

Clocking in or out beyond the configured zones? The Geo Tagging Exceptions report has been refined to capture those clockings too, providing clearer visibility when reviewing attendance activity.

Project assignment for clocking devices is more reliable across companies within Device Manager. Where matching Project IDs exist, clockings are linked to the corresponding project within the employee’s company, helping avoid missing project references.
Entering overtime hours in Overtime Requests behaves more consistently, ensuring values are retained as expected when confirming input.

📁 Document Manager
Emails and scanned documents often play an important role in supporting HR decisions. That’s why file format compatibility has been extended to .eml, .msg and .tif, making it easier to store email‑based evidence, approvals and related records accurately in the right folders.
To support more accurate document tracking, a Document Date field has been added to help distinguish between the document external creation date and upload date.
Meanwhile, the Details view includes additional file information, making it easier to review and reference documents at a glance.
⚖️ Job Evaluation Tool
You now have the flexibility to decide how JET handles an adjustment, perk or fringe benefit, along with the respective amount. Set the item to be excluded from JET, calculated on a pro rata basis, or treated as is. This improves pay item classification logic to support more consistent evaluation handling.
We’ve upgraded the AI model for improved performance and faster response time.

The 'Is available for Expense Requests' option behaves as expected on the Pay Item screen when the payment type is set to Adjustment, allowing it to be selected during setup.
We’ve improved the layout of the Cancel and Choose payroll buttons in Expense Management for a clearer on-screen arrangement.
We’ve refined the Detailed Computation modal in JET so information is shown more accurately after a position change.

This update, whether you're an Android or an iOS user, you'll notice multiple visual improvements across our app: better text spacing and truncation, more responsive text scaling, and an altogether crisper user experience.
We’ve refreshed the design of the Account screen, for both iOS and Android, to match the rest of the app.

We’ve improved biometric authentication handling on Android for a smoother sign-in experience.
The Android Pending Approval section on the Home screen now refreshes more consistently when switching account.

The leave application confirmation screen is now faster and more responsive, making interaction smoother.
We’ve refined the styling of the Missed clocking view for a more consistent appearance.

We’ve refined the Personal Leave History experience in both Android and iOS so sick leave entries are handled more appropriately when Apply for sick leave is enabled.
The Add remark icon has been changed to an Attached icon for clearer visual meaning.
💸 Payroll & Leave
The Pay Item Configuration screen now includes a Job Evaluation Tool section, bringing related setup options into one place.
In the Leave Hour Schedule, when 'Break hrs' is set to a value greater than 0, the deducted break hours are capped to that configured value, regardless of the total overlapping break time within the leave period.
We’ve added a SEPA file for Kingdom Bank.
The direct credit SEPA file generation has been updated so that the beneficiary name is used in place of the employee name for the relevant setup.

The Leave Hour Schedule now applies the Max Hours validation more consistently when Night Hours are used.
We’ve refined pro rata leave entitlement handling so Leave Group Working Remotely is excluded where appropriate.
The 'Modified By' field in the Payroll Finalisation Changes Audit now gives clearer visibility of who made a change.
🏆 Performance Management
Employee tenure is shown more clearly in the employee details banner at the top of the page, with the Employment Date reflecting when the employee originally joined the company rather than the start date of their current role–or any other changes in employment status. A new Years in Service indicator has also been added for quick reference.
