Hello Indigo users,
June’s first release brings a sunny mix of updates to make everyday work feel lighter, and that trip to the beach 🏖️ after work that much closer.
Soaking up the sunlight 🌞 in fact is our feature spotlight: the Employee Pay Report within the Job Evaluation Tool (JET)! Released just in time for the 7th June deadline, HR teams can now generate pay comparison reports at the click of a few buttons whenever an employee requests to know how their salary compares within their occupation category.
Indigo is stepping up its notification game across the Platform, with smarter, more reliable alerts over in Attendance and Payroll & Leave.
Meanwhile, JET and Hiring are both showing off the results of their grind 🏋️ this summer's eve: JET boasts sharper pay data insights and reporting, while Hiring displays some handy collaboration features in its team chat, and stronger branding and permission controls.

🌟 Feature Spotlight 🌟
📈 Employee Pay Reports in a Flash in JET
Alarmed by the prospect of manually compiling pay comparison reports on request after 7th June 2026? Don’t be. 😌
The Employee Pay Report feature in JET streamlines the entire process, allowing HR users to generate a structured report directly from the tool's Employees tab. It’s as simple as selecting the relevant employee and clicking to generate the report. 💥
What used to take hours of manual, error-prone effort is now reduced to a quick, reliable, repeatable process! ... Of course, kindly ensure that the underlying employee data—from pay details, to occupation information, and evaluation data and everything in between—is complete and up to date in your organisation and JET, as this is what feeds the report. 😅
