💻 Platform
Enjoy a series of improvements to the Task Toaster:
Task counts now stay in sync across multiple browser tabs, providing a more accurate view of Queued, In Progress, and Completed tasks.
Improved visibility in the Completed section, with the most recently completed tasks displayed at the top.
Clearer and easier-to-follow task descriptions in the In Progress section, even when multiple tasks are running simultaneously.
👨🏻💼 HR
A new Show Employee ID Number setting is available in HR > Settings > HR > Employee Settings. When enabled, the ID Number becomes available as a selectable column in the Employee Directory grid's Column Selector and is also included in the GET Employee Directory API response.
⚖️ Job Evaluation Tool
Need to start over with JET? The new Reset Job Evaluation Tool Data button in JET Settings allows users with the HR_JobEvaluationResetData permission to securely clear all JET setup data and start again from scratch at company level. Before the reset begins, users must confirm that they want to proceed, and all reset actions are audit logged.
The JET Employee Pay Report has been updated to support compliance requirements, including hourly rate details for both base salary and total remuneration, while removing the Prepared by, Years in role, Occupation score and Category name fields from the report output. Prepared By information remains available in the audit trail.

We've improved the accuracy of the Base Salary and Variable Pay modals in the Job Evaluation Tool by ensuring overtime hours do not affect base salary calculations and hourly rates, while displaying overtime details in the appropriate Variable Pay section.
For Skills & Training:
In the Setup section, you can now delete skills when they are not assigned to any employees.
It's now possible to create historical training and certification records when the selected dates do not overlap with existing entries.
But that's not all. While we were at it, we gave the whole of the Skills & Training feature a good sweep 🧹 for a smoother experience. Detailed below, our developers have:
Improved the My Team and All Employees screens with proper page header capitalisation and a more consistent layout when only a few records are displayed.
Shortened long values in the grid's Reference field with an ellipsis for improved readability.
Enhanced scrolling and spacing in attachment-related areas, providing better visibility of attachments and uploaded documents.
Refined title styling and alignment of labels and stars in the Assign Employees drawer.
Improved clarity of the Import document(s) window header.
Aligned the Create new training/certification icon more neatly.
Tweaked it so that the Notification upon saving section in the Training and Certification pages now resets their values correctly after saving.
Added character limits to the Name and Awarding Body fields.
Improved validation messages when creating Training and Certification entries, making them clearer and more relevant to the issue encountered.
Clicking outside Training and Certification drawers keeps them open, preventing accidental loss of progress at records creation.

Leave balances returned by the Mobile API are now sorted by year, giving the mobile app a clearer and more predictable display.
