The Head Count Report is used to list the employees that work within your companies in a structured report. You can organise and filter data for the report by company or by various employee criteria.

  1. To access the report, go to HR > Main > Head Count.

  2. Use the checkboxes on the left to select which companies or employees (in both the Payroll Company and Employees tabs) you would like to include in the report.

  3. Next, modify the report settings from the sidebar on the right.

  • Summary: When checked, will only display the number of employees that work within the company. When unchecked, will display the names, employee codes, and other details of the employees in a list, while providing a total count.

  • Date As At: Set a date to extract the report for. If left blank, the report will be extracted for today's date.

  • Grouping: Use levels of grouping when displaying the total counts and lists of employees. When clicked, the page break icon will display each group level on a new page.

Once ready, you can either generate the report as a PDF or send it directly by email.

If you want Indigo to remember the settings for this report for future uses, check the Remember generated report settings at the bottom of the report setup panel.
