Hello Indigo readers,
As autumn settles in, we've brewed up practical improvements to make day-to-day people operations smoother.
This release introduces powerful new job lifecycle functionality in Hiring, giving you greater control over how vacancies progress from publication to closure. New applicant source tracking, agency performance analytics, and enhanced Careers page search and filtering further strengthen recruitment management and reporting.
Beyond Hiring, we've expanded Skills & Training reporting with additional employee and organisational fields, clearer labels, and the option to include terminated employees in reports, helping HR teams gain deeper workforce insights.
We've also introduced new payroll capabilities, including support for the latest SEPA payment file requirements and a new ING Bank export format, while continuing to refine document management, system administration, and user experiences across Indigo People.

You can now download multiple selected files together in a single ZIP file.
Tags assigned to a document that have been made inactive remain visible in the document's View Tags window.

They also consistently reflect whether a folder is open or closed, across the folder tree, grid, and file details.
Selecting a file or folder row in Personal, My Team, or All Employees opens its details, while checkboxes remain available for bulk actions.
JET:
The Occupation Evaluation edit window fits more comfortably on laptop screens.
The rationale in evaluation criteria will no longer be available once the percentage values are changed, since the saved values no longer match the rationale that was originally generated.

Importing an empty file provides a downloadable text file with the relevant validation details.
The Setup grid refreshes after an import so newly imported records are available immediately.
Exports from Setup no longer include the Actions column.
The Assign Employees window remains open when you select values, allowing you to complete the assignment.
Long names of training, certification, skill, or language entries are shown better in the Delete confirmation pop-up.
Unassignment confirmation pop-ups now use clearer wording and spacing.
Completed hours are validated against selected training dates again.
Changing a training or certification selection refreshes the related form details, as expected.
The loading indicator in the Training/Certifications window has been refined to preserve the form layout while saving.
The Actions column in all grids can no longer be sorted.
