When using Indigo for the first time on Chrome, you might notice that pop-ups are blocked when trying to generate a report. This can also happen on a fresh Chrome installation or on a new computer. When trying to generate a report, you will get the error below.
This method will fix this error permanently per computer.
To stop Chrome from blocking your reports, click on the pop-up block logo on the top right of Chrome.
This will open a small window that prompts you with two selections. Choose 'Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://indigo.shireburn.com' and press Done.
Once this is done, try to generate the report again. If you allowed pop-ups from Indigo successfully, the report will open in a new tab.
