At times, it may be necessary for Indigo’s support staff to have access to your Indigo system in order to help you with any issues you may encounter.
To authorise data access to Indigo’s support staff:
From any page in Indigo, click the blue question mark button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Authorise Data Access in the dropdown menu.
In the pop-up window, select the number of hours you would like for Indigo’s support staff to have authorised access.
Click Authorise.
A code will appear at the bottom of the pop-up window. Provide this code to the support agent.
At the end of the authorisation period, the support agent will no longer have access to your Indigo system.
