Authorise data access to Indigo’s support staff

It may be necessary for Indigo’s support staff to help you with any issues

At times, it may be necessary for Indigo’s support staff to have access to your Indigo system in order to help you with any issues you may encounter.

Authorising data access

  1. From any page in Indigo, click the Help button in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. In the dropdown menu, click Authorise Data Access.

  3. A pop-up window titled 'Data Access for Troubleshooting' will open. Select the number of days you would like Indigo’s support staff to have authorised access. 

  4. Click Authorise

  5. A code will appear at the bottom of the pop-up window. Give this code to the support agent.

At the end of the authorisation period, the support agent will no longer have access to your Indigo system.
