Introduction

Sometimes Indigo support needs temporary access to your system to investigate a problem and help fix it. This article explains how to grant that access and where to find the code you need to share with the support agent.

Authorising data access

  1. From any page in Indigo, click the Help button in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. In the dropdown menu, click Authorise Data Access.

  3. A pop-up window titled 'Data Access for Troubleshooting' will open. Select the number of days you would like Indigo’s support staff to have authorised access.

  4. Click Authorise

  5. A code will appear at the bottom of the pop-up window. Give this code to the support agent.

At the end of the authorisation period, the support agent will no longer have access to your Indigo system.
