It may because your device is not automatically synced with network-provided time

For punches to work properly in Indigo Mobile, your iPhone or Android device needs to synced with network-provided time. Misaligned time sync will cause errors in the Clockings page of Time & Attendance. 

Be sure to have your device's time synced with network-provided time to ensure that your clockings will be recorded properly.
