In this quick update for Indigo 1.90, we fixed an error with the auto payroll code setting where the system was skipping numbers when coding payrolls.

Auto payroll code is setting in Indigo Payroll where the codes of your payrolls are automatically generated for you. If you would like to enable auto payroll code for your system, go to Payroll > Settings > Payroll > General Settings.
