The Employee Details Report
The employee details report allows you to print a structured report that shows employees' personal, employment, bank, salary, and recurring pay item details. The report can be generated to show information from employees in your tenant.
You can sort the report by employee name, surname, or code.
To generate an employee details report, go to HR > Reporting > Employee Details, choose a Sort Order and click your preferred Generate method.
If you choose to generate it in PDF, then after clicking the Generate PDF button, Indigo will inform you that the report is being processed. A new notification will show in the Notifications π menu saying the report 'has started. You will be notified once it is complete.' When it's ready, a new notification will read that the report 'has completed. Open this here.' Click on the hyperlink 'here' to open the report in a new tab.
