Here at Indigo, we know how hard it can be to remember each and every birthday in a company. To help you out, you can set Indigo to send a weekly email with a list of all the birthdays that fall within that week.
Go to Payroll > Settings > Payroll Settings > Employee Settings.
Click Edit.
Select 'Enable Happy Birthday Email'.
To send the email to all employees in the company, leave the next field blank.
To send the email to specific employees in the company, enter the email addresses required in the field 'Email address(es) of people that need to receive the happy birthday email notification. Separate multiple emails with a semicolon (;).'
Click Save.
All employees in the company will now receive weekly emails listing all the staff birthdays occurring that week.
