Overview
A remark is a brief, optional note employees can attach to their clockings. As Indigo Administrator, you must turn this feature on before you and your employees can use clocking remarks.
Viewing clocking remarks
Go to Attendance > Main > Clocking Data.
Find the desired day and clocking pair, and click the grey circle with the chat box.
User remarks look like the following:
Adding, editing and deleting clocking remarks
Go to Attendance > Main > Clocking Data.
Find the desired day and clocking pair, and click the blue circle with the pencil.
In the resulting Edit Clocking modal, click on the text box next to Remark.
When ready, click Save.
Employees can only change their clocking remarks on the Employee Portal before they clock out. After that, they need your help to make any changes, using the method above.
