After this morning's engaging webinar, we want to thank you for your interest and excitement about our Performance Management product. You'll be pleased to learn that this update brings several improvements, designed to make navigating the appraisal seas smoother.
Attendance has also undergone significant enhancements, now allowing you to select a biometric type when deleting entries in bulk through Device Manager. 👁️ Additionally, the UA150 clocking device model is now supported.

Attendance Enhancements
The Project name now shows beneath the Shift name in the Daily Attendance Allocation's Timeline view.
In Projects, terminated employees are now hidden in the Selection Type modal.
Device Manager
You can now choose which type of biometric is to be deleted when deleting biometrics in bulk.
The clocking device model UA150 is now supported in Indigo's Device Manager.
Attendance Fixes and Improvements
The Pay Type filter in the Scheduled Hours Validation report is working as intended.
The Clocking Map View button shows as expected in the Essential Tier.
When running the Attendance Reconciliation report, Leave Type by priority is shown based on the Leave Group used.
Device Manager
We noticed our modals for updating device wallpapers and screensavers were... 📖 very wordy. Now they're simple and sleek 😎 with a handy Help button that opens the article guide if you need it.
Scheduler
Concerning public holidays, 🏖️ the Hours Breakdown in the Scheduler has been fine-tuned when showing working hours. This is effective for both employees who do and do not work on public holidays.
Insights Enhancements
Clicking on People Insights in the main side menu will now take you straight into the dashboard view.
Payroll & Leave Enhancements
We have added a message to the Anonymise Data modal: 'Please note that employee custom fields are not anonymised yet.'
Performance Management Fixes and Improvements
Once a question has been added to the question bank, it is no longer possible to edit or delete it. If you need to delete a question from the question bank, please contact our Support team.
When Nudging a manager, the system notification has been corrected to show 'Manager has been notified'.
Now Nudge notification emails are sent to the specific person being nudged.
The Meeting Notes modal now has scrolling.
Inspired by the Targaryen civil war series, 🐲 the Respondents tab has usurped General Details as first tab on display when opening an appraisal.
Long manager names are showing better in name fields.
The correct number of stars 🌟 appears based on mouse clicks when creating a rating-type question.
Updating and adding tags to reviews, closed or otherwise, is working correctly.
The grid updates accordingly when the timeframe view is changed from the Timeframe dropdown.
The character limit for long answers has been extended to 3500. If you go over this limit, an alert will tell you 'Long answers cannot go over 3500 characters.'
The user's profile picture remains unaffected when viewing an employee's review in My Team.
When amending a question, the original wording is shown, making it easier to make the right changes.
