The Column Selector is a versatile tool in Indigo Payroll used in virtually every screen. To access this tool, click on the "Toggle Grid Options" in the toolbar.

Click on the "Column Selector" icon.

The following window will then pop-up. Note that the columns displayed in the selection are relevant to the view you were in. In this case, we are in the Work Schedule Profiles view, and columns relevant to Work Schedule Profiles are displayed.

Columns can be checked and unchecked in the main area. Checking a column will display it in the main view, while unchecking a column will remove it. The options at the bottom can help you check columns quickly.

Once done, "Apply" will apply your changes, while "Save" will apply your changes and exit to the main view. "Cancel" will cancel any changes made.

If you'd like to save this particular column format for this view, click on the "Save State" button in the toolbar.
