Applying no actions to excess time

If you want to resolve an attendance exception without applying any actions or rewards to an employee's pay or leave balance:

Both for salaried and hourly paid employees, click Mark as resolved. By doing extra time will be paid off to the employees.

Applying an addition of allowance

You can add an allowance to the employee's pay for the affected shift based on a multiplier and a pay item.

Applying a change of hourly rate

The affected shift's rate of pay can be adjusted or multiplied based on the amount of time set in the Alloc. time field.

Applying an allocation of time

You can add basic hours, or add overtime by using the type 'Allocate time'.

Applying an addition of leave

Leave can be added to an employee's leave balance according to the amount set in Alloc. time. You must select the leave type before applying this allocation.

Adding "1min" per minute will give the same amount as the Alloc. Time.

Adding "2min" per minute will give double the amount as the Alloc. Time.

Note that you can add "1min 30sec" as an amount.
