There are four rules that can be used for rewards:
- Add allowance
- Change hourly rate
- Allocate time
- Add leave entitlement
Multiple rules can be applied to a reward.
Use this rule to reward employees with an additional allowances based on a multiplier and a pay item.
Change hourly rate
Use this rule to reward employees with a change to their pay rate.
Use this rule to reward employees with add basic hours or overtime.
Add leave entitlement
Use this rule to reward employees with additional leave entitlements. A leave type must be assigned to this rule.
With both Allocate time and Add leave entitlements options, you are able to define the minimum and/or maximum time amount that the system should automatically allocate to the employee.
