Should you lose access to one of your authentication methods, your administrator can disable this for you, from 'Users' in the Administration tab.

The Adminstrator will need to locate your User, double-click it, or select and click 'Edit.' The checkbox will need to be unchecked, as shown below.

This will allow you to login as normal without Multi-Factor Authentication.
