Introduction
Like the Activity section in My Devices, the Device Activity page lets you view the list of activities, with a key difference: it shows activities for multiple devices at the same time. You can also Search, Reprocess and Delete activities in bulk, as well as Export them to Excel.
My Devices
The list of all the devices under your tenant is displayed in a grid in the My Devices section. Here you're can check the following information:
Serial Number
Device Model (both miniature image and model name)
Description (what you named them)
If there are any linked Work Zones
Location
Activity Status ('Active' or 'Inactive')
Device Status ('Online' or 'Offline')
Filter the grid columns using the designated button in the top right corner. Refresh the grid content by selecting the Refresh 🔄 button right next to it.
Activity
To see a device's activities:
In the 'My Devices' grid, tick the required device's checkbox.
In the 'Activity' grid below, input a time frame using the From/To date/hour selectors.
Click on Search.
All activities for the selected device will be listed in the 'Activity' grid.
There are three more buttons above the 'Activity' grid, besides the Search one mentioned above:
Button Name | Function |
Reprocess Activities | Use it to reprocess activities in bulk after ticking their checkboxes in the grid. |
Delete Activities | This deletes multiple selected activities at one go. |
Export to Excel | Lets you export the grid's contents in Excel format. |
The activity details are spread over nine columns:
Column name | Description | Values |
Serial Number | The device's serial number | - |
Device Description | The name you gave the device | - |
Activity Code | An automatically generated ID for that specific activity | - |
Created On | The date and time the activity was created |

Type | There are several different types of activities generated by different actions. See the list to the right for all the available Activity Types.

Direction | Shows whether the data is moving from the device into Indigo, or vice versa. |

Status | Identifies which data processing stage has been reached at the time of the activity. |

Reason | A short error summary if an activity fails | - |
Action buttons | These allow you to read the activity details and related errors, reprocess, or delete the respective entry. |
