When leave is approved or cancelled, the employee will receive an ICS file attached to the normal approval/cancellation email. When opening this file, your default email or calendar application will be automatically updated with the calendar entry. For instance, it will add 'Leave' entries in your calendar, or remove existing ones if leave has been cancelled.

Make sure to open the file from the email attachment. Please note that when a leave request is denied, no attachment will be sent.
