🧠 Track Skills & Training in People Insights
People Insights just got smarter! A brand-new dashboard for Skills & Training is now live and available for our HR Advantage subscribers, giving you instant insights into training hours by course, month, overall training status, and more.
Plus, the beloved HR feature is now also taking up some prime real estate in the ESG dashboard, bringing you training hours broken down by gender and other key metrics. In a nutshell? 🥜 More data, better decisions! 📊
👪 Team Assignments in Task Management
Some villains take a team of superheroes to defeat—now, Task Management lets you assign multiple people to a single task!
Whether you're assembling your dream team or giving team leads the power to delegate, this update brings more flexibility, stronger collaboration, and smoother workflows—all with a simple tweak to the task creation process!
💻 Platform
A new notification button for scheduled processes has been added to the top of Indigo’s main screen, serving as a gateway to a dedicated process management screen.
Clicking the button opens a pop-up window providing a quick overview of pending commands, with a View all button that opens a detailed screen containing all the information needed to monitor scheduled processes effectively.
The dedicated screen features:
A comprehensive grid displaying key details.
Sectional views for pending, completed, and failed commands.
Filters and a refresh button for easy access to the latest data.
A date filter dropdown, allowing users to view data from the next two weeks up to the next year.
🕘 Attendance
As a product evolves, so do its settings—we've updated a setting name in Settings > Attendance > Clockings for better clarity. The former setting for clocking remarks is now 'Remarks in Clocking Widget and Mobile App', reflecting its availability in both features.
The Send to Payroll preview report has been enhanced with a timestamp in the footer, indicating when it was reported, along with the Indigo Attendance logo for added clarity and branding.
We have adjusted and reinforced the logic behind Target Attendance operations to ensure that allocations for terminated employees are processed just like they are for Daily Attendance employees. Additionally, the same logic now applies to leave absences, ensuring they are handled consistently.
We've given the Who’s In report a fresh customisation boost, with a number of settings that make displaying clocking data more flexible:
A new 'Both' option has been added to the Source dropdown, allowing data to be pulled from both Access Control and Clocking Data sources.
A new Priority dropdown with two options: Access Control and Clocking Data, which determines which clocking entry takes precedence when data exists in both sources.
When clocking data is available from both sources, the system will apply the following rules based on your selected priority:
Clocking In + Access Out + Priority: Access → Recorded as OUT
Clocking In + Access Out + Priority: Clocking → Recorded as IN
Clocking Out + Access In + Priority: Access → Recorded as IN
Clocking Out + Access In + Priority: Clocking → Recorded as OUT

A pesky error 🐛 has been fixed, allowing Shift Preset locations to be removed without any issues.
The Clocking Details report now correctly respects permission settings. The option is no longer displayed for users who do not have the required permission.
A number of checkboxes across Device Manager were not holding up their end of the deal—they only appeared when hovered over or set to true. We've sorted them out! 🤝
An issue causing a clash between Punch State ID settings and device activities has been fixed. The Device Manager settings page now correctly saves Punch State IDs in the database, rather than only creating the activities.

Introducing the new Activity Log in Company Settings, tracking all job post actions taken—along with who took them and when—in a grid. This is controlled by the new permission 'Access to activity log', which is enabled by default for Administrators and Lead Recruiters.
We've also added a new Activity Log to all job posts! It lists all actions and their details in chronological order for a specific job. (Only users with job editing permissions can see this tab.)
We've added a new setting that lets you manage the 'Other Jobs from this Company' section in job posts. You can find it in Company Hiring Preferences > Job Page Settings, as a toggle labelled "Display 'Other Jobs' section". It's enabled for all companies by default.

You can now search by job title and filter by status in Your Jobs, helping you find what you're after more quickly.
Applicants can now leave the Date of Birth and Gender fields empty if they prefer, reducing the potential for age and gender bias.
The field validations have been fine-tuned when editing automation folders, so you'll no longer get an error about a mandatory field in a disabled folder and simply edit in peace.

We've given certain UI elements in the Document Manager a fresh coat of paint 🖌️ to enhance colour consistency across the interface.
To optimise the generation process of the Skills & Training report, we’ve severed its link 🔗 to the HR_StaffTurnoverReport permission, introduced a new permission called HR_SkillsTrainingReport, and rolled it out to all HR Admins and employees who previously had access to HR_StaffTurnoverReport.
Hyperlinks are blue 💙 and underlined to show they’re clickable—that's why we’ve given the employee codes in Task Management a fresh coat of paint. Clicking any of them redirects you to that employee's form.
We know how frustrating it is to lose all your work with a single misplaced click. To prevent this, modals will no longer close when clicking outside them on the following screens:

Several powerful updates have landed across Insights, making your data even more insightful and actionable. Here’s what’s new:
Headcount Dashboard
The Headcount Across Years chart now includes YTD engagement and termination figures in the tooltip.
Sick Leave Analysis Dashboard
The Employee by Hours and Bradford Factor visual now features an extended tooltip, summarising:
Employee sick hours by leave type
Year-to-date comparison with the previous year
Bradford factor score
A full-year sick leave calendar to help identify patterns
The vertical coloured line (non-grey) now changes dynamically to green or red, depending on the situation.
Payroll Costs Dashboard
The Cost for the Year visual now includes an enhanced tooltip, offering a clearer breakdown of changes vs the prior period, including:
Increases in FTE
Hourly rate fluctuations
Adjustments in basic salary, overtime, and other factors
Four new indicators have been added to compare Adjustments, Overtime, Cash Benefits, and Co NI & MLF relative to basic salary costs.
ESG Dashboard
The matrix icon is now positioned at the top right-hand corner for quick access.
You can now visualise ESG data in a matrix format, covering all reported ESG metrics.
Users can customise the matrix table by selecting not just rows but also columns, with predefined options such as:
Rows: Employee categories (including Full Name)
Columns: Headcount, Subcontractors, Training Hours, Injury Hours, etc.
