Table of Contents
Introduction
When storing your task-related attachments, Indigo suggests a default location based on the selected Task Type, but did you know that you can also choose a folder location of your own?
Change the destination folder for your attachments by changing the file path 👣 during task creation, or from a template. A designated button will launch the shiny ✨ directory navigator screen.
Scan your existing folders or create new ones to select from, it's your call.
Whatever you choose will be reflected in the Document Manager module.

The Directory Navigator Screen
Both the new task and the template screens bear the same Change Folder Destination button.
Clicking it will take you to the respective directory navigation screens. 👇
Here there are a few buttons you can use:
> Forward arrow: this is found at the far right of the folder name. Use it to enter the chosen folder.
< Backward arrow: this is found inside the grey block. Use it to go back to the parent folder.
➕ Add Folder: use this to create a new folder.
🗒️ Notes:
The name of the folder you're in is shown in a grey block. ☝️
The warning message at the bottom of the drawer is there to tell you that even though you're modifying the folder path, this will only affect attachments on newly imported or created tasks. All the existing tasks will keep their previous attachments' destination.
Keep reading to find out how to update your folders in both afore-mentioned screens.
