🕘 Attendance
📆 Scheduler
You can now set an end date when assigning or clearing multiple patterns, so bulk changes apply only for the period you choose.

🛠️ Fixes and Improvements
When changing or creating patterns with a normal and a detached shift, any differences made to the detached shift are saved as expected.
The shift presets limit has been removed, allowing you to create an unlimited amount of shift presets.
Amending the Assign Shift Preset section in Rewards is saving properly again.
Searching for projects in the Scheduler now returns matching results as expected, making it easier to find and manage project‑based shifts.
When using Scheduler Publishing, editing a shift's project and saving the change, Indigo will now ask whether to apply the change only to that shift, or to that and all future shifts for the same employee.
Mobile clocking data in Attendance now respects your selected time zone, so teams based outside Malta will see corresponding local times in their data.
👨🏻💼 HR
⚖️ Job Evaluation Tool
You can now clone criteria to other companies under the same tenant, saving time when you standardise evaluation setups.
Also within Job Evaluation criteria, you can now see who last saved or edited anything and when, improving auditability and collaboration.
We’ve introduced more detailed employee computations in JET, giving HR teams clearer insight into how the presented remuneration amounts are calculated.
AI‑generated criteria now include clear rationales for the factors selected, helping you explain and justify evaluation outcomes.
🗄️ Task Management
You can now apply task templates based on an employee’s nationality, so you can meet different country requirements with less manual configuration.

In Document Manager, the option 'Edit Category' has been renamed to 'View Tag', to reflect the correct naming across Indigo.
Submitted expense request emails now display images and layout correctly, so approvers receive clear, professional notifications.
Date selection in the Job Evaluation Tool’s date pickers has been tuned to handle maximum dates more reliably.
Navigation within JET now works reliably when you access pages directly via a URL, so you can move between views without needing workarounds.
The following changes have been made in Task Management:
The 'Actions' column in all Task Management grids now stays fixed to the far right of the screen, making key actions easy to reach as you scroll.
Icons in the 'Specific employee' field now align neatly with the field borders, improving readability of the Task Management screen.
When you copy a task template, any attached files now remain available for the new template.
Warning messages are now tailored to the logged‑in user’s permissions, so people only see alerts that are relevant to their level of access.
We’ve refined how warning messages appear, making them clearer and less intrusive while you work.
Notifications for imported onboarding and offboarding tasks now appear as expected for teams using queuing processes, helping coordinators stay on top of upcoming work.
Importing onboarding task templates from Excel now preserves the onboarding/offboarding setting correctly, so templates keep their original purpose.
You can now update the 'Companies in use' list for templates created with the 'Select all' option, giving you more flexibility to fine‑tune who uses each template.
When creating a new template, once it is saved, the Templates form resets to default as expected.
Your chosen filters in the All Tasks and My Tasks screens now persist when you navigate away and return, so you can pick up right where you left off.
The 'Company code' column now appears correctly in the All Employees grid, giving you quick access to this key reference.
We've adjusted the spacing between the header and the filter in All Employees, improving page readability.

Fixes and Improvements
The Years of Service value in Insights has been corrected so employee tenure figures now reflect accurate service dates based on the original employment date in all components.
💸 Payroll & Leave
Payroll will now block termination payoff calculations when there is pending leave of the same type, helping you avoid over‑ or under‑payments.
The Leave Entries API has been updated so that the MyTeamOnly parameter now returns leave entries for the authenticated user, along with all employees reporting to that user. This means managers and leads using the Indigo Mobile App will be able to see their own leave entries alongside those of their team.
