Logging into Indigo Business

Follow these steps to access Indigo Business: from accepting your invitation if it's your first time, to signing in securely and start using the features made available to your user thanks to permissions

Overview

Ready to get some work done in Indigo Business? Let's sign in! This will grant you access to Business based on the roles and permissions assigned to you. This article has two tutorials, for:

  • When you are signing in for the very first time, right after receiving an invitation from your administrator. In this case, you'll also need to sign up.

  • Every other time you log in.

⚠️ Important: Before you can log in, your Indigo Business admin needs to:

First Time Login

  1. Check your work email inbox, or the email address provided to Shireburn, for an invitation email. Look for a message with a subject similar to 'You have been invited to [company name] in Indigo'.

  2. Open the email and click the invitation link to access Indigo Hub.

  3. In the Invitation window, select Login / Sign Up.

  4. On the Indigo Hub sign-in page, click the Single Sign-On (SSO) button to sign in automatically.

    • If SSO has not been configured, continue with this procedure from step 5 below to sign up.

  5. Click the blue Sign up now text, to create your credentials.

  6. In the new screen, enter your email address in the Email Address field.

  7. Click Send verification code, and check your inbox for an email with the code.

    • Note: if the email can't be found, you may need to check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's still missing, you can click the Send new code button in the sign up screen.

  8. Back in the Sign-up page, enter the code in the Verification code field.

  9. Click Verify code.

  10. Complete the remaining fields:

    • New and Confirm Password

    • Display Name

    • Given Name and Surname

  11. Select Create.

🏆 And that's it. Welcome to Indigo Business!

Once you have signed in, you'll be taken to the main page, where you can explore the available Quick Actions section and dashboards, or browse the tabs you have access to based on the permissions assigned to your account.

Regular Login

Are you a returning user? Welcome back! To log into Indigo Business:

  1. Open the Indigo Business sign-in page

  2. Select Login.

  3. Enter your login details or use the available single sign-on (SSO) option.

  4. Select Login.

Navigation

If you're sure you've signed in, but the screen doesn't look like the Indigo Business interface you're familiar with, you may have landed in Indigo Hub or one of our other products. Don't worry, it's easy to switch between them.

If you can't see your usual Indigo Business screens, click the logo in the top-left corner of the page, then select Business from the list of available products.
