We're happy to present our latest release, starting with a feature spotlight! You can now quickly open employee profiles directly from the Employee Directory when permission access allows, making everyday HR tasks faster and smoother.
Beyond that, we’ve lined up a strong mix of updates. Occupations support has been enhanced in JET, alongside plenty of other improvements across HR. Meanwhile, Payroll & Leave introduces a new setting to show 0-value pay items in the Pay Item Cost report.

🧑🧑🧒🧒 Inspect Employee Profiles Directly from the Directory!
The Employee Directory now includes a direct action to open an employee’s profile in a new tab for users with the right permissions, making it much quicker to move from searching to action. It also keeps the directory view-only for users without profile access, so navigation stays secure and intuitive. 🔒
💻 Platform
The login screen now shows clearer messages when a user account or tenant is locked, making it easier to understand the next step during sign-in.

We’ve refined allocation handling so items that still need approval remain clearly marked as awaiting approval.
This update improves leave allocation calculations when leave is split automatically, so absences are now reflected more accurately.
We’ve optimised allocation processing to improve reliability when recalculating attendance data.
Send to Payroll now keeps the exact date range selected by the user, even when working across time zones.

An Update Occupations option has been added in Settings to refresh payroll calculation occupations from Position History for the selected payroll year.

The missing icon on the Employee Directory column selector has been restored.
Meanwhile, over in JET:
In the Employees screen, we’ve polished the Employee Pay Report so the name and occupation icons are aligned more neatly.
Median columns now also load correctly the first time the page opens.
The Detailed Computation modal now includes Fringe Benefits, giving a fuller view of payroll calculations.
Detailed Computations view now displays its scroll bar consistently on hover.
In Occupation Evaluations, detailed scores will be kept visible when switching between companies.
The Occupation Categories screen now shows the correct guidance text and button label.
In Skills & Training:
The assignment flow now shows clearer skill names when the same skill is already assigned to an employee.
We’ve tightened access controls so the Reports and Setup screens follow role and permission rules more consistently.
Exports from Setup no longer include the Action column.
View-only access in Setup now behaves as intended, so create and amend actions are restricted appropriately.
Specific to Training & Certifications, the Create new Training/Certification mini-modal now shows clearer validation messages before a record is created.
Imports from Reports now update the Level field correctly.
Email notifications now send correctly when a training or certification is assigned to an employee.
The Assign training/certification modal now behaves more consistently when templates have not yet been configured with data.
The Create new Training/Certification modal in Setup now resets to its default values when reopened.

We’ve improved the Insights side menu so it resizes more smoothly when browser zoom levels change.

The Pay Item Cost report now includes a Show 0-value pay items setting, so active pay items can still appear even when they have no value for the selected period.

We’ve refined payroll checks for terminated employees so pending leave warnings are handled more accurately during calculation.
This update improves pay-off leave calculations to handle affected scenarios more accurately.
Mobile leave requests for limited partner employees now follow the correct approval flow instead of being approved automatically.
