Overview
The Indigo Mobile app lets you access important employment-related documents from your mobile device. You can view, download and share any of them with a few taps whether at home or on the go, 🏃 saving you the hassle of switching on your computer.
You'll find any and all documents available to you in your Employee Profile, like:
Payslips
FS3 documents
Corporate documents
We've also made it easier to share any number of payslips and FS3s as a single PDF via the Generate a Bank Pack feature, saving you loads of time ⌛ if you're applying for a loan with a bank, for instance!
All on this and more, below ⬇️
🔑 Rest easy, it's secure!
Documents available in Indigo Mobile are the same documents available in the Employee Portal. All employees will have the same access rights to documents in the app as they do in the employee portal, so permissions and file ownership will remain the same between the browser and app versions of Indigo.
Finding and Viewing Your Documents in the App
You can access documents in two ways in the mobile app.
Home Screen
Open the Indigo Mobile app.
On the Home screen, scroll to the Recent Documents widget. It shows your most recent pay-related documents, like payslips and FS3s.

Tap View All in the widget's top right corner to open the Documents screen, or tap one of the displayed files in the widget to open the Documents screen with the tapped file displayed.
If you tapped View All, you'll open the Documents screen. Tap one of the three folders (Payslips, FS3s or Corporate Documents) to find all of your existing documents of that type.
Tap any of the files you wish to view to generate a preview.
💡 Pro tips:
Each item is displayed using the file name assigned when it was uploaded.
If the file you're looking for is not available in your Employee Portal, or you do not have permission to view it, it will not appear in Indigo Mobile.
Likewise, if you open a folder that contains no documents you can access, Indigo Mobile will inform you that there is no data available.
The Documents Screen
Open the Indigo Mobile app.
Tap More in the bottom bar.
In the Additional Modules section, tap Documents.
In the Documents screen, tap one of the three folders (Payslips, FS3s or Corporate Documents) to find all of your existing documents of that type.
Tap any of the files you wish to view to generate a preview.
Downloading and Sharing your Documents.
You can download and share documents from your mobile device by finding them in their folders within the Documents screen.
🔭 Find it fast! When you open a document folder, a search bar 🔍 becomes available to help you quickly find the documents you need. A Sort button is also available letting you switch between newest to oldest (default) or oldest to newest.

⚡Bonus! Sharing a Bank Pack
The Generate Bank Pack feature helps you prepare and share payslips and FS3s with anyone in a flash. 🏃 We call it a bank pack because it's ideal for sharing supporting documents with a bank when applying for a loan, but it's not limited to that use!
When sharing documents with this feature, your recipient receives a single PDF containing all the documents you selected.
To share a bank pack:
Open Indigo Mobile and the Documents screen from either the Recent Documents widget in the Home screen or the More menuin the Indigo Mobile app.
Tap Generate Bank Pack.
Tap the number fields for Payslips and FS3s, then scroll up or down to select how many of your latest documents of each type you'd like to include.
Tap Update when the correct number is selected.
