Hello Indigo Business users,
September is often a time to reset, refocus, and settle back into routine. 📖🛋️
With that in mind, this release introduces several practical improvements to Indigo Business, including a faster way to import historical currency rates and easier access to reports from the Business Account Sales Transactions screen.
We have also refined the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports with a clearer hierarchical account structure that aligns with accounting standards, making financial information easier to review and interpret.

⚠️ Note! If you're in software, bug-blasting is part of the job! 👾 We’ve neatly tucked away all info related to fixes (if any) at the bottom of each module's coloured box—click > 🛠️ Fixes and Improvements to check out the details.

Uploading historical exchange rates is now quicker and easier. Use the new Import Rates button in the Currencies grid or the new Currency Rate import type in the Others tab of the Drafts screen to import rates from a CSV or Excel file.
Need to check a client's or supplier's transactions and generate a report quickly? A new Reports button is now available in the Business Account Sales Transactions screen. You can then run a range of dedicated reports, including the Client Statement report. The selected client is automatically pre-filled in the report, saving time and reducing manual input.
The Profit & Loss and the Balance Sheet reports now follow a hierarchical account structure aligned with accounting standards, improving the organisation and readability of report data.
