Table of Contents
Introduction
When creating or editing a client or supplier, you can add contact and address information directly to the business account. This includes a main contact and main address, as well as any additional contacts and addresses linked to that account. For more information about setting up business accounts, see ➡️ this article.
The Contacts and Addresses options in the Business Accounts menu provide a consolidated view of this information across all business accounts in the selected company. Instead of opening individual client or supplier records, you can use these screens to quickly review, search, and manage contacts and addresses from a single location.
Accessing Contacts and Addresses
To access the Contacts and Addresses screens, click on Business Accounts from the top menu, and select the option you need to open the relevant grid. Keep reading to learn more about them.
