How do I submit leave taken to all employees at once?

Using the Global Leave Update Utility

The Global Leave Update Utility allows you to submit the same leave dates and hours to employees in bulk for example when needing to give shutdown leave. You can find this utility in the Payroll and Leave tab.

  1. The utility will allow you to select particular (or all employees) and submit leave taken to them. You can select the employees on the left or select nothing to give it to all employees. 

  2. Select the dates from the right side and which leave group or leave type you will globally submit to all employees. Select the leave hour schedule and input the time if your leave hour schedule is hourly. 

  3. Once all the details are entered, press Generate and each of the selected employees will have their leave submitted in the Leave Request Audit.
