Copying and pasting a shift over another shift or to another cell
In your Scheduler, click on the coloured area of the shift.
Click on the three-dot menu, then click Copy Shift.
Click on another shift or an empty cell, and click its three-dot menu.
Click Paste Shift.
All the data associated with the copied shift will be retained when the shift is pasted elsewhere.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts. Use Ctrl + C to copy the shift, and Ctrl + V to paste the shift.
Cutting and pasting a shift over another shift or to another cell
In your Scheduler, click on the coloured area of the shift.
Click on the three-dot menu, then click Cut Shift.
Click on another shift or an empty cell, and click its three-dot menu.
Click Paste Shift.
All the data associated with the cut shift will be retained when the shift is pasted elsewhere.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts. Use Ctrl + X to cut the shift, and Ctrl + V to paste the shift.
Replacing a shift with another shift
In your scheduler, click on the coloured area of the shift.
Click on the three-dot menu, then click Replace Shift.
Type the name or code of the new shift.
Click on the shift to confirm the replacement.
You can also use a keyboard shortcut. Use Ctrl + R to replace a shift.
These actions can be done to shifts within shift patterns. These actions will not alter future repetitions of the same shift pattern.
