How to add new clocking records for an employee

You can insert omitted or new clocking records into your clocking data without having to import new files

To add a new clocking record for an employee:

  1. Go to Attendance > Main > Clocking Data.

  2. Enter the date range you wish to review.

  3. Click File in the top-right corner of the screen.

  4. Click + New Record.

  5. Enter the Employee, Date, and adjust the Clocking in and Clocking out time in the Edit clocking pair window. 

  6. When ready, click Save.

Click the pen icon again to make adjustments to the clocking record at a later time.
