Learn how to set the appropriate conditions to automatically allocate allowances or leave balances for your employees

There are eight conditions for rewards:


Works on a specific time

Use this condition to reward employees who work excess time, work within a shift in/out range, work through break periods, work during a custom time range, or work during scheduled time. This is the only condition available for rewards of Type: Target Attendance, specifically 'Excess time'.

Note on 'Scheduled Time': this only considers attendance falling within the Scheduler's Time In and Time Out, ignoring any time logged outside that range.

Both 'Excess time' and 'Shifts in/out range' have a choice of Method Type: Slicing or Range. When these are assigned Range method type and are to be included in a reward with other conditions, they must be set as the last condition.


Works on specific days

Use this condition to reward employees who work on particular days of the week or within a data range.


Works on specific shifts

Use this condition to reward employees who work a particular shift. This is not available for Rewards of Type Daily Attendance that are Based On Work Schedule Profile.


Works on public holidays

Use this condition to rewards employees who work on public holidays. Holidays are a type of leave entitlement.


Unscheduled work

Use this condition to reward employees who work an unscheduled attendance. Learn more about unscheduled attendance conditions here.


Scheduled on specific day(s)

Use this condition to reward employees who are scheduled to work on a specific day or days.


Scheduled on public holiday(s)

Use this condition to reward employees who are scheduled to work on public holidays.


Has approved leave hours

Use this condition to reward employees who work on a day on which they had approved leave hours.
