Overview

In the context of rewards, rules define the actions the system should take when specific set conditions are met. These actions can include:

  • Adding an allowance

  • Changing the hourly rate

  • Allocating time

  • Granting leave entitlement

  • Applying a formula-based allowance.

By configuring rules, rewards can be automatically applied enabling consistent and automated recognition of employee contributions according to their work schedule profile or the scheduler.

Please note that multiple rules can be applied to a reward. πŸ‘€
