[Administrators] Inviting Employees to Use Indigo Mobile

Send an email to your employees with a link to download Indigo Mobile

Please note that sending the invitation won't automatically grant access to the app. Assigning the Portal User role will do so, but only for the Leave tab. For Attendance-related functionalities in Indigo Mobile, refer to this article.

Sending the Invitations

  1. Go to Payroll & Leave > Utilities > Invite Employees to Indigo Mobile App.

  2. Select the employees you want to invite to use Indigo Mobile.

  3. Click on Send invitations.​

The invite will be sent to the employees’ email addresses. The employees will then be asked to download the Indigo Mobile App from Google Play or the App Store.
