[Administrators] Inviting employees to use Indigo Mobile

Please note that employees must be marked as T&A Employees under the Attendance Details section of their employee profiles before invitations to use Indigo Mobile can be sent to them.

Sending the Invitations

  1. Go to Payroll & Leave > Utilities > Invite Employees to Indigo Mobile App.

  2. Select the employees you want to invite to use Indigo Mobile.

  3. Click on Send invitations.​

The invite will be sent to the employees’ email addresses. The employees will then be asked to download the Indigo Mobile App from Google Play or the App Store.
