Printing Multiple Payslips

There are two tools in the taskbar to help you print multiple payslips at a time easily. Both tools will download your chosen payslips as a file, which you can then print.

  2. Click on an employee from your list, then click on the Payroll History tab.

  3. Choose the payslips to be printed.

  4. Click the icon for 'Download selected payslips individually'.

Once the files have downloaded, you can open and print them as needed.

Download Selected Payslips Merged

You can download multiple payslips as one whole file using this tool.

  1. Go to HR > Main > Employees.

  2. Click on an employee from your list, then click on the Payroll History tab.

  3. Choose the payslips to be printed.

  4. Click the icon for 'Download selected payslips merged'.

When the file has downloaded, you can open it and print it.
