Overview

The Daily Schedule Report can be found in Attendance > Reporting > Daily Schedule. It's used to print a daily list of allocated shifts for a given day, which can be sorted by shifts, employee codes, or employee full names. You can use this report either as a shift report or an occupation report.

The generated report will show you the following columns:

  • Shift Name: the name of the shift preset assigned in the Scheduler.

  • Description: the description inserted into the shift preset.

  • From: the time the shift starts.

  • Till: the time the shift ends.

  • Break Minutes: the amount of break in minutes set up in the shift preset.

  • Employee Code: the code specified in the employee profile.

  • Employee Full Name: the full name as per employee profile.

  • Remarks: any added notes for the shift.
