The daily scheduler report in Indigo Attendance is used to print a daily list of allocated shifts for a given day.

You can print this report either as a shift or occupation report type, and it can be sorted shifts, employee codes, or employee full names.

The report can be found in Attendance > Reporting > Daily scheduler report.

Reporting setup

  • Date from/to - select the period from your Scheduler that this report will cover.

  • Report type - choose to issue report either as a shift or occupation type report. This is the primary sorting option.

  • Sort order - choose to sort the data in the report either by shift preset name, employee code, or employee full name.

  • Page break per day - when this option is selected, a new page will be created for every day of the report.

  • Grouping - choose to group the data in the report by shift preset name, cost centre, department, section, or unit.

If you want Indigo to remember the settings for this report for future uses, check the Remember generated report settings at the bottom of the report setup panel.
