Indigo allows you to export all your employee basic pay entries or pay item entries into one Excel sheet.


Basic Pay Export

  1. Navigate to the Employee section of Indigo and highlight any employee.

  2. Click the Basic Pay tab at the top of the grid.

  3. Press the 'Export' button.

  4. Untick Current View Filter, this will tell the system to export all your employee basic pay entries and not just the one you have highlighted.

  5. Tick the fields you would like included in the Excel sheet.

  6. Press the 'Export' button.

You now have all your basic pay entries on one sheet.


Pay Item Export

  1. Navigate to the Employee section of Indigo and highlight any employee.

  2. Click the Pay Item tab at the top of the grid.

  3. Press the 'Export' button.

  4. Untick Current View Filter, this will tell the system to export all your employee basic pay entries and not just the one you have highlighted.

  5. Tick the fields you would like included in the Excel sheet.

  6. Press the 'Export' button.

You now have all your pay item entries on one sheet.
