This week we have another succinct Indigo update for you while the team works on some great new features behind the scenes.
Payroll users will be pleased to note that the Jobs Plus forms have been updated; meanwhile, in Attendance, we have added a new Clocking Limit to flexi-attendance shifts, as well as a new option in the Scheduler's Employee View. There are several new columns in the reports for Scheduler Export and Allocation Reconciliation that make it possible to view more information.

Payroll Enhancements
We have updated the Jobs Plus engagement and termination forms on Indigo to the most recent versions.
Payroll Fixes and Improvements
In the Calculation screen, the FSS report is working as intended.
The Employee Basic Pay Difference report is generating as expected.
Attendance Enhancements
We have added a new Clocking Limit option to flexi-attendance shifts in Shift Presets. This can also be edited from the individual Scheduler's Settings menu.
When set to 'Within Scheduled Time', any clocking that is entirely outside of the scheduled time will be tagged as follows in the Attendance Exceptions Clocking tab:
Excluded: any clocking that is entirely outside of scheduled time.
Corrected as XX:XX: any clocking that is partially outside of scheduled time, with XX:XX being the time of correction.
We have added a new option for the Employee View in the Scheduler for 'Employed' employees.

The Attendance Reconciliation report now contains a Break column and a total entry for dynamic breaks.
Attendance Fixes and Improvements
Part-timers' public holiday punches are showing as intended in the Detailed Punches report.
APIs
It is now possible to send only specific fields when using an API to update support files, along with the respective support file's identification. Please note this change is backwards compatible.
We have added an API for updating leave entitlements: UpdateLeaveEntitlement.
